18 Renewable Energy Plus Fund I ("Fund I") provides diversified exposure to New Zealand’s renewable energy, digital infrastructure, and next-generation compute sectors.
The Fund is designed to align with investors seeking participation under the Active Investor Plus (Growth category), while also serving Eligible Wholesale Investors seeking structured exposure to the energy transition and digital infrastructure convergence.
Under the AIP Growth category, qualifying investors are required to invest into acceptable New Zealand-based growth investments, including approved managed funds. Fund I is structured with this cohort in mind.
